Dear Rosicrucians of all
Organizations:
To clarify the events that led to the Final
Dismissal by AMORC with prejudice, on this page we are presenting links
to the documents of negotiation, leading to a specific settlement agreement,
and also revealing many facts of the case.
Below,
is a chronological list of the settlement documents in the negotiation
process, but first, to put this into further perspective, here is a Time
Line of the events involved in the final legal resolution of AMORC vs.
Gary L. Stewart, where the final settlement was reached:
Time
Line
1. October 1991, GLS decides to drop
his Cross-Complaint against AMORC.
2. January 7, 1992, the GLS
Cross-Complaint is dropped "with prejudice".
3. May
15, 1992, AMORC sends out a letter signed by
Kristie Knutson to its members saying that
in March 1992, AMORC moved to have Gary Stewart's Cross-Complaint dismissed.
(However, the court had already dismissed the Cross-Complaint in January
1992, at Gary Stewart's own request.) [Ref./Back
