B Minus Article II Defining AMORC Imperator's Doctrinal-Ritualistic Role
and Separate Administrative Function, and Tribunal)—Exerpts
of the Constitution, abandoned as of April
23, 1990, are found in Rosicrucian Handbooks
published prior to 1990 (now out of print). Also, members were provided
with the complete Constitution booklet, as well as the affiliated bodies—all
were bound to adhere to its requirements, and to receive, also, its benefits.
This included a tribunal for resolving complaints within
the membership.

7) O'Neill's
Published Letter of Announcement of the court judgment
concerning the removal of Rosicrucian Imperator Gary L. Stewart.
Please notice the inaccurate statement that Gary Stewart was removed as
Rosicrucian Imperator of the Supreme Grand Lodge. "Imperator" in
court had been defined as "President".
(Please see Imperator Stewart's explanation of the court ruling, at this
link
in the Interview with him. To return to this page, hit the "Back"
button on your browser.)
8) AMORC Proposes
Agreement to Dismiss—Dated May
27, 1993
Please note: the May
27, 1993 document is a fax to Gary L. Stewart indicating the first
terms that were proposed in the case settlement. Items 1-4 therein
explain what was to transpire if accepted. As you will notice, the
final mutual release agreement signed by both Kristie Knutson and Gary
L. Stewart, is quite different. You may discern for yourself the
final result.
8-A) Chronological
Letters of 1993 Negotiation Between AMORC, Inc. attorney and Gary L. Stewart.
9) Latest Version
of the Mutual Release—Dated August
2, 1993, AMORC attorney's letter to Gary L. Stewart. This is
the confirmation of the accepted terms for the mutual release.
10) Mutual Release—Dated
August 6, 1993, final resolution of terms for mutual release, signed by
Kristie Knutson 7/26/93 and Gary L. Stewart 8/6/93.

October 23, 1993. (To Portuguese version)
13) 1999

Slandering Imperator Gary L. Stewart, etc.
14) 1999

re "with prejudice against AMORC", and AMORC
magazine article about "duality of Imperator's office", etc.
__________
Take special note on the difference
of the filings from the original April 13 document and the June 29th revised
filing when the documents appear here. The April 13th document describes
the PLAINTIFF as: "Plaintiff Rosicrucian is a non-profit corporation,
organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, with
its principle place of business in San Jose."
The June 29th 1990 REVISED filing describes the PLAINTIFF
as: "Plaintiff, the Supreme Grand Lodge of the Ancient and Mystical
Order Rosae Crucis ('The Rosicrucian Order'): Plaintiff is a non-profit
public benefit corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the
State of California, with its principal place of business in San jose,
California. As a nonprofit public benefit corporation, plaintiff
is subject to California's Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law", ....etc.
The Constitution
of AMORC was removed as of the second filing, opening the door
to legally remove Rosicrucian Imperator Gary L. Stewart on the grounds
as a Corporate head, or President—rather than
an Imperator of a spiritual Order. Note: Office of Imperator
under AMORC Constitution, applying as by-laws under the pre-1990
Articles of Inc.—is a Lifetime office.
